LoyaltyCentral.com™ is the public access to Loyalty Central™. Protected by firewalls and security measures, the Loyalty Central™ data is made available over the Internet. From LoyaltyCentral.com™, the data administration activities for Cardholders, Merchants, Beneficiaries, and Program Managers can be performed from any location. Additionally, this online facility provides multiple interactive functions such as, data mining, online statements, and award redemption.

The Program Manager can define new Loyalty Programs and modify existing programs through LoyaltyCentral.com™. Merchants can be assigned to or removed from different Merchant Groups, and Merchant Locations and merchant terminals can be added, deleted, or maintained. Standard reports for Cardholders, Merchants, Beneficiaries, and Program Managers that have been created during the Settlement process can be accessed via LoyaltyCentral.com™, and can be printed locally or retained by the recipient in electronic format. Custom reports can also be requested and delivered online.

Data Mining can be in the form of authorized gathering of transaction data or profiling cardholder activity based on Customer Demographic information. Optional data feeds can be integrated with the client's existing data warehouse facilities, if desired. All LoyaltyCentral.com™ functionality can be available with secured access via the Web portal, or can alternately be integrated into the client's own website.
